A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of booking, the appointment will be canceled. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late, a $15 fee applies. After 15 minutes, your service will be rescheduled.
Feel free to reschedule up to 48 hours in advance. A $15 fee applies for changes within 24 hours.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee, and the deposit will not be refunded.
